Refund policy

 

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can log in to your Anousshka website account with your mobile/ email id and OTP. We will arrange for a pick up which has to be kept ready. Incase the pick up isn’t ready, you will have to arrange the courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and take it up with the shipping company, by rule within 48hours. 

As a one time courtesy we will be exchanging the product. 

We are not liable for any package that is not received within the first delivery attempt and  after 7 days of delivery. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks, cement products (bookend & energy candles), custom products (such as special orders or made-to-order furniture). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of items of sale or gift cards. All Customized orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Alteration will be provided only within 7 days of delivery, only if the measurements are taken by team Anurasa.

Refunds 


We do not offer refunds at the moment. We will be offering you store credit equivalent (subtracting the cost of return)  to your returned purchase. You may choose to use the credit within 30 days to make a separate purchase for a new item.
