Shipping policy

General Delivery
We ship out each order only after order confirmation, incase of COD, you need to do it over whatsapp once the order is placed.  As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Shipping time might vary depending on the product. 
Couture Collection: 3-5 weeks considering it is made to order
Pret Collection: 7-10 days
Homeware: 10-14 days 
Furniture: 4-5 weeks considering it is made to order. 

International shipping can take a week longer than India. 

Shipping 

We offer free shipping pan-India above orders worth Rs. 3500. 

Each order below Rs. 3500 is charged a flat rate of Rs.50 for prepaid order and Rs. 150 for COD. 

Incase of exchange, a flat rate of Rs.150 will be charged. 

International Shipping 

We ship our apparel worldwide at a standard charge of Rs. 2000. We do not offer global shipping for homeware & furniture. Due to varying customs across countries, custom duties and taxation may differ and will be borne by the consumer. 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number for you to track your package. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays. 

In case of the homewear cemented products and wooden furniture gets damaged you will have to ship it back to us.
